A doctor in Kentucky and her individual will always recall their infants’ birthdays.
Amanda Hess, an OB/GYN at Frankfort, Kentucky, was at the hospital as she ready to give birth to her daughter. While she cried, Hess heard another expectant mom who had been nearer to giving birth.
The doctor went to the area, where a woman who happened to be among her patients was completely dilated. The doctor on call was on his way to the hospital, but the baby was coming. Thus Hess stepped in and managed the delivery right until she went back to her own room to give birth.
I just put on a different gown to cover up my buttocks and put on some boots over my shoes, to prevent becoming any fluid and all that stuff on me, and went down to her room and that I understood her,” Hess told WKYT.
“She was just glad to have the ability to get to drive and have out the baby without having to wait any more,” she added.
Afterward, Hess gave birth to her own daughter, Ellen Joyce.
Congratulations to the 2 mothers! Now time for maternity leave.
