If you obsessed within the long-distance touch lamps we wrote about, brace yourself: Another connected long space gadget is here, and it is seriously heartwarming. Satisfy the Lovebox Spinning Heart Messenger: the app-connected box that puts a contemporary twist on the timeless love notice.
You are probably wondering WTF this gadget actually does — like, what is a turning heart messenger? Lovebox is a box that looks like your normal, cute bit of home decor. But it is equipped with a mirrored display on the interior, which is where the magic takes place.
Here is how it goes down:
Step 1: Sender would like to send a thoughtful message and does so through the Lovebox app.
Step 2: The heart on the exterior of this box spins, allowing the recipient know that they have got email. (The heart keeps spinning until the lid has been opened, so leaving messages for people to return home to is definitely a sweet idea.)
Step 3: The apple of your eye sees the heart spinning, opens the lid to view their message, and can be showered in hearts in addition to the text message.
Step 4. Your bae’s heart begins spinning too, since the practice is just too dang cute.
