Russian woman steals the internet’s heart with her ridiculous green screen videos

Move over Casey Neistat, the internet has a new favorite YouTuber.

Tatiana Subbotina, a 62 -year-old living in Saint Petersburg, Russia is gradually becoming a YouTube sensation thanks to her humorous( and slightly ludicrous) light-green screen videos.

According to BuzzFeed , Subbotina started making videos of herself while living in Thailand in 2013. She then transitioned to making videos for children on YouTube and eventually taught herself how to chroma key composite( or as most people call it light-green screen ), and her channel has since to take away in Russia.

Her videos are the perfect amount of cheesy impacts combined with adorableness to induce the internet fall in love.

“I decided that I too could talk about this[ editing videos ], ” she told BuzzFeed . “So I started making stories on my YouTube channel about how I work with it. I didnt invent anything there, but I try to explain it as simply as possible. Its very exciting and I like it.”

Now the majority of members of her clips explain how she was able to use chroma keying to set herself on a magical carpet, in a vehicle, ocean, or on a pony. But even if you’re not into learning about digital impacts, her videos are super endearing.

She even created her very own light-green screen suit.

Subbotina currently has a little more than 11,000 readers, but some of her clips have hundreds of thousands of views.

Mashable has reached out to Subbotina for additional comments.
